It has been happening frequently to me too.
Happens to me a lot when I play infection.
Happened a few times in the last few days. It’s as if the game doesn’t count because it won’t be in the game history either. I’ve been playing infection in fire teams and we all drop out and the game won’t be in the game history. It’s weird and annoying, but at least it isn’t counting as a DNF.
