Hi, I have asked 343i community site and no one seems to be having the same problems I am having. It seems about every 15-20 minutes for this past few days I get disconnected from the Halo Servers. I start a game or an ops mission and when I complete the mission, I am told that I have been disconnected from the server. Any Idea why this is happening? Anyone else having this same issue? My XBL is fine, and the connection is great, it’s just the Halo servers for some reason.
I’ve been having the issue . . . since Friday . . . but unlike you I can never join the servers.
When You lose connection, does it stick you as a default recruit spartan with the dog tag emblem at SR-1 on your player card and in a match? That’s what happens to me. I’ve been guesting on my brother’s account in order to give relief and it’s actually working out quite nicely since guests have access to everything the main account has. Anyways, a lot of people like me and you are having issues with the servers right now so I’m willing to bet that 343 are going to have this issue fixed as soon as possible.
Alright, well it’s good to hear it’s not only me, as unfortunate as it sounds. I am hoping this gets taken care of soon too. Also, I do not get stuck back to level 1 with default settings. I have heard a lot about this, but it has yet to happen to me.
If it hasn’t happened to you yet, then I wouldn’t worry too much about the whole recruit spartan at SR-1 thing. When I press start and go to customize everything, it’s all still there and my avatar on waypoint proves it. It’s just the player card and in a match that it’s all default.
If you look on the “Issues being investigated” thread at the top, you can see that a lot of people have run into server problems.
