I’m not really too sure whats happening here, are the servers having issues this week? I have been removed from both my last 2 games and sent to the arena background screen without the ability to leave it. This is annoying because competitive games count it as a loss a my CSR drops, also the fact I cant make it through an entire game is getting frustrating. I’m pretty sure its not my internet as all my other devices are working fine. Any suggestions/insights?
go wired if you can. make sure your NAT is open. Doing that cured most disconnects for me.
If you are getting DNFs chances are there is a problem on your end. Follow the advice of what MATADOR said and see what happens. Ive disconnected a good amount of times also and never receive any DNFs because it was there servers having issues not me…This game is very touchy and requires a constant solid connection with no disruptions.

I am almost constantly getting “Connection Lost”-- getting DNF, Wired Connection, NAT open. I played a few games of Warzone Firefight fine but as soon as I get on Team Arena it’s two games in a row with connection lost. Any ideas? Thanks
Thanks for the suggestions, seems my NAT has changed to moderate so I’ll work on fixing that and hopefully it will resolve the issue.
It’s not on your side I am having the same problem. I got banned for 22 hours because of something I can’t control. This has nothing to do with nat type or if you have a wired connection. Even if it somehow did I have a wired connection and a open nat type. I have put days upon days into halo 5 and this has never happened before until very recently. I don’t think it started happening until doubles became ranked but I can’t remember if it happened once before. At first I got banned for 7 mins or 17 mins or something like that and I got pissed but I just dealt with it and waited.
Now I’m banned for 22 HOURS for something I can’t control its very frustrating. What if it happens again and I get banned for even longer!!! IT HAS TO BE FIXED.
Hello, a few months ago I was playing an arena slayer game, then suddenly while I was enjoying my game, I got kicked and also banned for 1 day for being “inactive”. (?!)
Just a few minutes ago I lost connection to my game (while there was nothing wrong with my internet !), because of this I lost my legendary XP boost I activated, this is very frustrating because this isn’t the first time something like this happens.
I am having the same problem. The game suddenly appears the lobby screen and it do not respond my comands. I need to restart the game. This happened most during Warzone matches, I cant finish any single game because of it, I’m wasting my time, my boosts, my reqs and my service record doesn’t register it.
Same here. Warzone Firefight. During random rounds the game kicks me to the lobby without a warning or error message. Can’t leave the lobby and search for new games. Have to close the game. Never happened till today.

Similar problem for the past 2-3 days. I pretty strictly play only warzone (both firefight and regular) and 3/4 of the games kick me for no reason, usually in the heat of battle when I am one of the more critical players. About half of these kick me to the splash screen and require a game restart. Have tried all types of resets and still occurring. Ironically I have no longer had issues with the req system during this time. I feel like whatever bugs were worked out of the req system boot issues must have resulted in this new issue.
ATTN 343: This is absolutely killing my gaming experience. I only subscribe to xbox live for Halo. Please resolve this ASAP! It is fortunate that I do not usually pay for req packs, because I have lost several boosts because of this and if those boosts had come from packs that I had paid for I would be irate, as any and all boosts or RP rewards are not granted as a result of not finishing the games.
