Hey guys, seems like more frequently I’ve been having issues with Halo reach and 360/backwards compatibility connections. 1st off, I’ve tried fixing the “disconnected from Xbox live” with basic things like redownloading my profile, clearing my alternate Mac address and even reinstalling all backwards compatible version games I own(digitally). A few of the times that I’ve tried redownloading my profile the game would freeze and the download screen would freeze around 10% through the download process. At that point I would delete my profile and all items through the manage storage function in the menu which has resolved the downloading profile issue for me a few times. I’m still having the occasional disconnected from Xbox live issue and almost every time I’ve reset/cleared my alternate Mac address and would reconnect to my internet. I’m using the digital copy of the game but I also have the physical copy. My internet runs at 5 mgps download and upload speed. Any help would be appreciated.

The servers for most of the 360 Halo games have had general issues for months now. Not sure what else you can do beside what you’ve tried.
They’ve been working on it, but not always fixed right away.
Unless you can bring your console to a friend’s house and try things there to see if it’s just your internet?
You could also try to hardwire an ethernet cord instead of running off wifi.
Also, just FYI, you aren’t supposed to bump.
