This has been happening to a lot of people, submit a ticket on halo waypoint
No need to submit a support ticket, it is a known issue and will be fixed with the release of Season 8 later this week.

O, as I said, I had not been in for a long time and I looked about the problem and the first thing that came out was another guy reporting it and they did not respond so.
