Thank you for taking the time to preview my issue first and foremost.
I’ve been playing H5 on and off now since release and as with many other people have had the occasional disconnects from the servers resulting in lost games etc. I have also experienced the Req system go down frequently which isn’t too much a concern as I can still play online multiplayer. I took a break roughly a month ago and started up playing again as of a few days ago. The game itself runs fine but the req system is down from the moment my I start up H5 until I shut it down. I’m not too caught up into collecting emblems and reqs anyway, and I mainly do arena over warzone, but I would like to have the option… Trying to google a solution only brings up posts from previous “non permanent” req system offline situations.
EDIT - Forgot to mention that I don’t seem to rank up or down ever, and can’t review my post game stats. =[
If anyone knows a fix or has a similar issue, please share.

I would try the support section for issues like this, normally people would just say that it will show up later but if this is constant it might be a location issue or you have your xbox set to quick start.
Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. Has to be some kind of location issue because it’s been down for 4 days straight. Thanks for the reply and I will check out the support section.
I’ve been having this issue too. Noticed it yesterday, predominantly.
Trying doing a hard reset/start to your xbox… Also make sure you do it correctly… That most likely will clear up your issue…
Reset your xbox OP. You can see your progress/points here on WP, so you are getting credit for matches. Many of us, including me, are experiencing intermittent req outages. The only fix that works for me is to quit out of the game, and restart it. Wait a couple of minutes for the req system to load…
I get that occasionally and just have to do a hard reset… in fact I pretty much do a hard reset every time I start my Xbox for H5… good thing I have that habit already from MCC
