I have been disconnected many times from this game and encountered numerous problems with the req services. Its already hard enough getting reqs, but using them and not being able to complete my games numerous times. I have the evidence on my game DVR and expect compensation considering i paid for a lot of my gold packs for those legendary items that are so worthless to you guys that you haven’t fixed the problem yet. Try going wired and setting your NAT to open. It eliminated most disconnects for me.

Matador inc, i have a speed freak when it comes to internet, i have an open nat and in no case consider wireless connection. I have determined the problem lies within 343 industries but i dont understand how i can always use the focused search and be on dedicated servers and still have a d/c or lag problem. Ps, still waiting on that compensation.

Im not leaving this issue alone until i get someone that knows what they are talking about. Matador inc was only taught basic internet diagnostics that serves me no purpose with this problem. If i cant get help then i will just sell the game and go back to the battlefield franchise since they actually help their customers.

The basic things are all we have at the moment. There has been no guidance from 343i on this matter. And if you are looking to get a response anytime soon I suggest pulling up a chair and prepare to wait. There is very little to no support for this game directly from 343i. You can try other sites or twitter to get 343i attention but honestly don’t expect any fast response. Also those search preferences are not a guarantee that you are always connecting to a good server. They do very little…I suggest to stop buying your req packs until this problem is solved for you. Unless you like throwing money into the wind. If you look around on here I think you will notice this game has several issues with various players. Sorry but patience is your only option at this point unless you get lucky and stumble on something that will fix it for you… Good luck!
