I reset the modem. I checked all of the connections and did all of the Xbox tests and everything is good. We lost internet in the area last night, but I was able to play after it came on. I did unplug the router this morning. Maybe I should unplug the Xbox from it and replug?
I did. I have tried everything I can think of. Xbox support could not help. I tried both plugged in and wireless, I tried resetting the console, clearing the cache, resetting the modem, unplugging the console, and signing out of my account.
I’m not sure if Xbox verifies game installs but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Halo 5? Hopefully doing this won’t take you forever in re-downloading it OP.
