Last night I was playing Halo 5: Guardians in the Warzone Firefight Playlist and I used a legendary Warzone RP Boost and was disconnected mid-game and it still counted as me using the boost but I was not rewarded any RP from the Legendary boost.
Try a hard reset on the box. You may get it back.
