Why do I keep getting disconnected at or around 49 kills??? Seems almost every time I get disconnected my team is a kill or 2 away from victory. And of course I get the banhammer… even though I have never quit a match. Does this happen to anyone else?.. the disconnect just before victory that is.
This isn’t about the ban… just disconnects. Reading comprehension is a good thing. However I do realize that is the first word in the title…

Well it has been done, this will get locked for ban complaint. And you will be directed to the Ban thread where ban complaints go.
What complaint?.. all I said is of course I got banned for it… do you see a complaint? I’m trying to kill the 10 minutes and see if anyone else gets disconnected a lot in the waning moments of the game. Guess you saw the word banhammer and chose not to read anything else.

Wanna be mods are trained to direct you to 343i’s circular file. Easiest way to hide the problems.
I don’t play as much during the week but on weekends this happens pretty often and at the worst times. My last disconnect/crash was while guarding the spire with Prophet’s Bane and the Answer I stole from an enemy. Typical for this game’s servers

Are you guys wired or Wi-Fi? Going wired eliminated most disconnects for me.
I direct folks to the ban thread when appropriate because that is what it is for. The forum user to be littered with ban complaints.
I’m wired. Was wondering if it’s possible if other quitters can cause you to lag out? I know in previous halo titles with hosts that had a tendency to boot people. And I’d like to apologize to ruthless for being rude. I may have been a bit frustrated for wasting 20 minutes.
I’m wired and I still disconnect some times. Not nearly as much as I used to, thank goodness. I don’t think it has anything to do with kill count, ProphetCarnage. It’s just the randomness of dedicated servers. You even look at them funny and they disconnect you, ha ha!
