Disc won't read in Xbox One. Worked prior...

My Halo: The Master Chief Collection disc won’t work in my Xbox One. It was working and reading without any failure prior to this thread. I have attempted a hard reset and cleaning the disc.

That is normal, nothing works, usually isn’t the xbox one is the disc game, because XO reads this dics when it wants… In my case, I don’t have problems with other discs, only with this one. I have this problem since one month after the release.

Found a fix. It was the Xbox One Disc Tray Scanner and Disc not properly connecting due to gravity. Tilted my Xbox slightly to allow it to read.
