This disc exchange program is ONLY for Limited Collector’s Edition purchases, NOT the Limited Edition console… I can understand your confusion and frustrations but you need to research things better next time, you’re turning this whole system into a mess, confusing people on the forums and no doubt confusing Microsoft support…

I own the LE Console and have successfully been through the exchange program and am simply waiting on shipment.
Wrong, the codes are the same. The support and gamestop employees both said I could do it as well.

One - Never take the word of ANYONE who is not in charge of a program… a Gamestop Employee can tell you that Microsoft will give you a million dollars if you buy 100 copies of Halo 5.
But Microsoft Support obviously knows what they’re talking about!
Yeah, letting one exchange and not allowing the other to do it would be a customer service nightmare…
