I’d like to recommend a small change to the Company Disband action where it’s not allowed when the
company population is 50 thru 90 or more(Whatever number makes sense). Scenarios where the Leader
wishes to leave I believe is already covered by existing rules. This is only fair to the huge population of players (50+ is a lot)
of players contributing to a common goal. This is especially true where each individual has the power
to leave a company when they want to. Why not empower a team and ensure existing members that
as a group the common goals/time/effort shall not be all lost by the actions of one. And Yes
I’m asking that a team be considered an entity unto itself after the population is beyond a certain point.
Why shouldn’t a team be protected in this respect?
I agree… If the leader chooses to leave the company. Members ought to be able to choose another leader, or appoint another one by the leader that left.
They would need to set a member limit (maybe 30+ members only or something like that). It would make sure that those who still want to participate don’t get the boot because the leader wants to leave. The leader should have an option to chose another leader. Or if they choose not to, it defaults to the lieutenants choosing a new one from the remaining members.
I heard about the company close to the helmet that was disbanded, there should be more involvement from the members. Does the leader have sole power to disband? Or does it transfer to the lieutenants?
I agree, but the leader can designate his successor…

He can transfer to a Lt but I don’t know if it’s automatic if he just leaves.

There are two things a leader can do.
1: Disband. This deletes the entire SC, and forces everyone to find a new one.
2: Resign. Everyone as this option, but it’s different for Leader. There will be a drop-down box labelled Who should become the new leader? It will be preset to “The most senior lieutenant/member” (So whoever’s been there the longest), or you can choose a specific member to take the job.
