I have put many hours into halo 5 and buy as many packs as I can to give myself a better chance of getting good stuff in the weekly warzone bundle packs. I only receive bad emblems, uncommon certifications and other lower class items in them which is disappointing considering I spent money on the bundle. Anyone else experiencing this?
The most ideal way to use the warzone packs is to save them until you already have most of, if not all the uncommon stuff. Otherwise you get lots of lame stuff in the packs.

Yeah they do not feel “Premium” if you ask me 
I occasionally get something I didn’t have though so I guess that’s something good
I have yet to go through a warzone match with anything bigger than a BR and an SMG. If I get a power weapon or a vehicle in a req then I sell them back. Why on earth would you spend actual money on stuff you don’t need, especially when you know that half the cash goes to lining the pockets of Microsoft and the other half goes into the pockets of the amphetamine addicts who will win HCS? Even if there was a guaranteed “push A button to win match” weapon, it isn’t worth real money. Please stop spending real money on nothing.
I disagree, a large proportion of the best items I have gotten have come by way of the WarZone Req packs. Moreover the utility per card is quite high.

over 7 weeks that is 42 unlocks
now cost wise (using gold tier pricing for the range of REQs you can get)
$2.99 for 2 perms
$24.99 for 42 perms
to get to 42 unlocks using gold packs (assuming you are spending money) would take 21 packs at $2.99 a pop totaling $62
cost wise you are getting 42 perms for half the price
points wise for the F2P that is 210,000 points to get the same amount of unlocks
with the average in Warzone being 1800 per game that will take quite a few games/time to acquire
Conclusion
You are essentially getting a “booster pack” to help get ahead and more unlocks per week
