Never used the Halo Waypoint forums before, so forgive me if I’m posting this in the wrong place.
My old Xbox 360 crashed around Christmas of last year, and after a hiatus due to college, I recently bought a new one. I successfully transferred my old profile onto it, and I was glad to see that my Halo game stats had transferred too (I had the same ranks etc.) But when I came onto Halo Waypoint for the first time since I transferred, I noticed my armor image had reverted to the default configuration and I was missing all my stats for every Halo game except Reach and Anniversary. I’m a massive Halo fan, so the loss of my Career history is kinda disappointing.
I’m wondering if this is a problem I caused during my profile transfer? And if so, is there anything I can do/anyone I can contact to try and rectify it?
