Disappearing Req Rewards

Recently bought a gold req pack and was super stoked to get a rare visor and helmet. Went to go equip them and they were nowhere to be found in my inventory, so I went back to the req store page to check if my points were deducted and they definitely were. Not only did I not get the visor or helmet, but I also lost 10k req points…

Anyone else have this issue?

Try reloading the game some things disappear then reappear randomly

also try looking at it from the collection menu or the customization menu see if it appears in one of them and not the other,

Happened to me twice. I came back an hour later and my items were back.
