I finished a warzone in which I finally got all my banshee kills and elite kills as well as getting a win. When I got out of game to look at my goodies instead what I see is it loading. Next game comes around and I finish that one. Not only did I not get my req points from the first match, but I lost the 3 commendation packs as well. Frustrated put the time into achieving these and not getting them. Have had friends biy packs and they disappear . I’ve already looked through my stuff and it definetky didn’t add it in.
Same here, i lost both warden slayer pack and forerunner destroyer pack. I tried everything, turn xbox on/off, signing in and out, everythig. 343 please give me my hard earned commendations packs 
I just lost a company commendation pack, it gave me an error when trying to open it, and now it’s gone
Same issue here except with the Memories of Reach Pack
