So this started when I was playing warzone firefight a dark star I finished the game I was in fourth place I noticed he was having some trouble I screenshot because my friend is at top of leaderboard it said I had to read packs 2074 pints and then my Xbox kind of glitched out and brought me to my Xbox homepag I went back into Halo straight away I went onto car lease report it says I have 0 req packs so thank god I had a screenshot saying that I had to no I wouldn’t mind if they were just promotion but I think it was reqs for all covenant power weapon req now I have been working on this for ages I don’t care if 343 won’t see this I want my rex or I want my money back for this game if the game is not working as it’s described that is faulty goods I’ve been sold a broken game this is happened before when I bought a req so 343 industries if you see this I want my Req back or my money back

Thank you for the reply I did a restart and checked the waypoint and there’s nothing i lost the covenant wepons req
Mine did the same for some purchased REQ packs and after 2-3 hours on the phone with Microsoft they just decided to refund my money and told me to try again later.
