I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this, but I’ve checked the issues investigated forum and the accompanying FAQ and didn’t see the problem addressed, unless I am missing something. So, I will just post this, and again, I do apologize if this is the wrong place.
The 1st problem: I pre-ordered Halo 4 from Best Buy which meant it comes with DLC armor. I’ve been playing Halo 4 since its launch. Yesterday, I logged into my profile and checked my stats and noticed my armor was reset to all the recruit armor. I went back in and checked out all my armor and it was there, so I put it back on.
Today I logged in again and my armor was reset and it didn’t appear in my armor selections. When I ranked up, it said I unlocked my DLC armor, but when I checked the armor list again, it wasn’t there.
The 2nd problem: Only today, when I logged into my Halo 4 profile, my custom loadouts were all reset to default. Everything was available so I plugged everything back in just fine, but I know this is not how it works be design.
Any feedback would be appreciated about this.
