Removing Friendly Fire for BTB Heavies in MCC was a good idea but still allowing Friendly Fire against vehicles to stay enabled is really stupid. Almost every other BTB match I join some teammate(s) wants to destroy mine or someone else’s vehicle just because they got angry they didn’t get into it first.
Especially right now when a seasonal challenge involves kills with the Warthog Gunner seat or Splatters as the Warthog Driver. This is a bad combo since I’m constantly seeing solo players or squads of players gang up against another teammate who got to the Warthog (and other big vehicles: tank, banshee, etc.) first just because they wanted to use the vehicle but don’t want to see that teammate who got the vehicle first use it.
With so many BTB Heavies maps also having multiple Rockets or Spartan Lasers you’ve just guaranteed griefers a way to ruin matches cause they didn’t get to use vehicle.

It definitely feels like it is across BTB Heavies. Literally had a match less than 1 hour ago where teammates kept spartan lasering my vehicles while I was in it and I’d surive. They’d also try to shoot me but no damage would occur to me or them when I shot back.
Friendly fire is only disabled in heavies. It’s enabled in non heavies game types.
*Only H4 has FF disabled across all gametypes

It’s only in Heavies for some reason.
A little unrelated, but I wanted to give a tip that I had by far the easiest time getting Warthog kills in Halo 4 Heavies as opposed to any other game/mode.

Oh I got the challenge done earlier but I wanted to play some BTB still after finishing it playing like I normally do. Kept being met by so many hostile people trying to destroy vehicles I was in while they were on my team.
