I’m posting this here and not the MCC support section because you had to use Halo Support during the Insider program as well:
Shortly after the game released I reported a bug on the Halo Support site and to this day I’m still getting e-mail notifications whenever a developer replies on the issue basically telling me “we are still investigating your issue” which I’m not interested in anymore to be honest because I moved on to other games until the other games released.
Is there any way to turn these notifications off? There is no option to do so in the e-mails themselves and I haven’t found an option on the Halo Support site.
