Yea I couldn’t disable it. That’s gonna be a real issue for me if I can’t disable crossplay.

Yea I agree. It’s not that I hate PC, but with M&K players you have to sweat pretty hard just to beat them. I’d love to have the option to disable crossplay.

Je suis un joueur Pc, et j’ai un ami qui joue sur serie X , deja MERCI 343 pour le crossplay !
Avec mon pote nous avons fait les teste a deux et il se trouve que en jouant ensemble on se retrouve avec quasi le même score en fin de game , nous avons la même fluidité et je dirait meme que parfois il est plus dure pour un joueur pc (sauf si equipé d’un fusil sniper) !

Nous somme en 2021 bientôt 2022 , le crossplay et quelque chose de normal et il n’y a aucun avantage pc ou console.
je pense surtout que beaucoup de gens se trouve cette excuse car il sont simplement mauvais et que a chaque fois qu’il meurt c’est forcement un joueur PC, et les Gard ? vous avez vraiment la grosse tête a se point ?
You can play with M&K on Xbox. What you need is both input and platform optionality.

I could use both. But I prefer controller and would rather have the option to turn crossplay on or off in general. That way I’ll be happy playing with other like minded players with that setting off, and other individuals will be playing like minded players with that setting on. It would be a win win giving players more options.

I think that is what a lot of people are forgetting about, it is the beta. Now granted, it is pretty close to release, but at least now they know problems ahead of time and will hopefully be able to fix them in a timely manner.

Yo meant crossplay/platform off. I’m honestly just playing the campaign if that is the case.

No, like MCC, you can’t turn off cross-play but you can turn off/on input based matchmaking. And sadly I doubt I could find the source, it was more or less passive knowledge I learned probably when reading something
The thing is, if no one here realizes…. Xbox players are quitting this game in A fast timely matter right now. Pc players are killing the community off. Its unfair and extremely unbalanced to allow this kind of feature to be allowed and not only that but “forced”. Every single game I am in, the entire team is pc players, and the advantage they have over us is extravagant. We don’t even have aim assist, so we have no counter whats so ever. I no longer see xbox players, I see one once in a while, but the pc players are killing the xbox community. Don’t force us 343, your already milking peoples wallets.

Crossplay needs to have an option to turn off. Should not force Xbox players to play against pc. I hope 343 realizes that soon. They already catered the game to pc players enough.

Hopefully this is just for the beta, and once the game officially launches we’ll be able to separate based on input. I’ve had a lot of fun with Infinite’s gameplay so far, but not when I’m sweating against PC players like this.

Keep in mind one thing
At the moment 80% of the players on HALO are from XBOX and only 20% from PC. Sorry but microsoft franchises such as Gears-Halo have never been widely played by PC-GAMERS.
In 3 months it will happen the same as Gears 5. 95% of the players were on XBOX and less than 5% on PC.
Do not worry “So much” the safest thing is that an XBOX player has killed you 80% of the time
Another thing to keep in mind is that since the presentation of XBOX-ONE-X. Microsoft already said that its plan is to unify PC / XBOX in the same ecosystem. If xboxers don’t like that, the best thing would be for them to go to nintendo / sony closed systems
