Downloaded the digital deluxe edition, I got my REQ packs, but I don’t see my weapon and skin bonus for pre ordering it. I see it’s been downloaded, but I don’t see it anywhere when I start Halo 5. Checked my email and everything. Anyone else?
Just spend 90$ on this, really getting upset that it’s not there.

Got the REQ packs after opening the store and restarting the game a few times, still no pre order weapon and skin in sight though. Actually the skin I got from the promotional website is showing up, really upset this is already bugged.

It seems that it is a fairly large scale problem. Im gonna sleep and see what it looks like in the morn.
Same. The only thing that is showing up are the promotional packs.

What kind of REQ packs were we suppposed to get? I had a couple bronze ones(?) waiting for me but not the warzone weapon or camo…

Our REQ is Premium Packs contain 16 cards, Premium Packs will be given each week for 7 weeks, totaling at 14 Packs.

I played a few matches and I didn’t even think about it till I saw the forums…im sure they’ll fix it. Also, I noticed that one armor (which name escapes me) that you get for playing before November 7th hasn’t popped up at all for me…
Yea I noticed this happened to me as well, I have the Digi Deluxe but no pre order bonus and no Teishen Raikou armor has shown up yet either.
Same here, digital deluxe edition, I have just two REQ packs when I should have 14. No weapon skin and preorder bonus.
