I bought the digital deluxe edition an when i went to look to see what i got and you know what i did not get my 14 premium req packs nor did i get my costom weapen loadout an skin content with the game the stuff i recived was two req packs an that was it
Pre-redeemed though xbox several rec pack from promotional partners and xobox reported they are assigned to my account. these pre-orders were done in a span of two weeks before launch.Purchase physical limited collector’s edition and requested a physical disk (went though xbox) but other that a few preorder codes and warzone ( which came on after 2 hours) the rest of my pre-orders are not showing up. xbox rep made me to reset my profile ( of course to no avail)

Well the premium packs are 14 that will be delivered 2 per week. So as long as you got 2 this week, you’ll be fine and just have to wait for the others as they are delivered.
