Well, my first halo game was reach, and I aced it on normal. Yesterday I tried to see what the difficulty between normal and legendary was. Put it this way, SO MANY ELITES OMFGWTFIH QWERTYUUOPGDSFHJJJJJGGG… Well fu** that sh**. Then just dmr-noscoped-gruntbirthdayparty-jetpacked for the lols. The end! [cheesy 1980’s outdo theme]

Halo CE and Halo 2 are by far the most difficult on Legendary.
There are like, multiple deathless runs of Reach on Legendary… It is not a hard Halo game.
Heck, in my experience, they have extreme difficulty hitting you if you strafe.
Good thing I got the Legendary campaign out of the way. I finished, in tears when finished. The toughest would be New Alexander, and The Pillar of Autumn

Overcharged plasma pistol and DMR headshot combo and elites are dead pretty quick. I suggest you watch some of Tyrants mythic videos and learn some strategy for handle those mean elites.
Seriously once you know how to take them down they are easy.

Reach on Legendary was pretty easy for me.
Reach on legendary was okay, there are alot of elites I must agree.
I didint like the Brutes, allways messing up my runs.
The only hard part on Legendary for me, (Cause I finished it in Legendary) was the New Alexandra Mission. It took me one day to finish the campaign on legendary
Halo: Reach is easy, also in Legendary. Halo: Combact Evolved and Halo 3 were very difficult on Legendary.

Halo 2 was by far the hardest. The bullets tickle the Elites.
