Everyone knows that grenades are a huge part in the gameplay of halo, but what if they could be used for a more strategic reason like instead of them just exploting why not make them do more stuff like make a grenade thats a bubbleshield like they showed it on the halo 3 traier or an emp grenade that can take out shields or maybe even one that lays out a buuble like the bubbleshield but instead of it protecting you it makes everyone inside it invicible. These are a few ideas but if you have ideas please write them down.
Pretty much equipment . . . this sounds cool but its basically making grenades take the place of equipment.
Grenades just need to either be weaker than they are in Reach, or have longer fuse times like they did in Halo, while keeping the large damage.
There was no invincibility grenade in the Halo 3 trailer…
Also, I’d be in favor of a grenade that emits some sort of pulse that, effectively, “turns off” all spartan armor. Thus, making it inflexible and removing your HUD. You can’t move and you have no heads-up display. Radially, a ten foot spherical emission, affecting even those in the air (causing them to fall without locked armor, and, if done correctly and at the right altitude, killing them from the fall damage).
It does sound like equimpment there. Just smaller.

First off I would like to say that he was not saying there was an invincibility grenade in the H3 trailer. He was stating that the bubbleshield “grenade” (that is conveniently your profile picture) was in the H3 trailer. Second, that would be an ok idea…if implemented properly. If you started with it at the beginning of the match or with it relatively close to a spawn it would be just like getting spawn-tubed in CoD. I could see it working if it was in the middle of the map or a hard spot to get to. If 343 implemented it right I could see that working. As a hardcore Halo fan…I give you props for that idea.
