I’m not sure if anyone else has posted about this yet but I have recently noticed a small difference in the Halo 4 trailer. Toward the very end in the very first reveal trailer Master Chief reloads his exploding pistol, with another grenade or such, but i later watched what i thought was the same trailer but at the very end Chief throws the gun to the side like “well I’m screwed” after seeing what i believe to be Sigma 7’s artificial port opening sucking the UNSC Forward unto Dawn, also refered to as the “Legendary Planet”.
So please if anyone has any ideas on what this is, or what it means please leave your comments below. Thank you.

But if this will be in the actual cutscene, I’m guessing it’s difficulty differences, like how a Grunt played with different things in the Delta Halo cutscene and how Johnson says different lines in the Sierra 117 cutscene.
So he reloads on Heroic and lower. Tosses it on Legendary and starts with crappy starting weapons (i.e. AR and pistol).
The trailer where he throws the pistol is actually the director’s cut.
It’s just a different version of the teaser. I’m glad they used the original one for the real teaser. It was a lot more dramatic IMO.
