Someone may have spawned and shot me just as this guy punched my but it looks like I only took damage once. At the end you will see a spartan sprinting away in the corner, but I believe he spawned after I died.
It almost looks like there was a grenade explosion right before the melee. Did you look at it in Halo 5’s theater for a clearer view and different angles?

Unfortunately, I kept playing after and by the time I had the opportunity to look at it, it was gone. What’s odd is that I died by the punch. and I heard no explosion.
