To whom it may concern,
I just finished the phone call with Microsoft, they asked me to open a thread here so:
A few days ago i recieved 7 codes from some friends, microsoft confirmed me that they are visible in my account and that I should have got 2 Warzone Pacs and one Gold pack for each code.
The problem is, that i only recieved the content for one code, the other packs are missing: They didn’t showed up in my ingame dashboard.
Attempts made to fix it:
- Delete the local Profile on the xbox and re sign in.
- Played a few maches, buyed a bronce pack to confirm, that I’m able to recieve packs → Worked. Same for level up packages
