So I originally posted this in the community forums and someone told me to post it here instead, so here we go.
So I just got a gold pack earlier, and as it was opening I got an error message saying I was unable to open it at this time, so I went to my open req pack tab, tried to open it from there, I got another message saying I already opened the pack, and then it disappeared. I checked all of my stuff, all my vehicles, loadout weapons, skins, armor, power weapons, stances, emblems, literally everything, I never got anything new. So basically, I just bought a gold pack and got nothing out of it. What am I supposed to do about this? I should as mention that I even recorded it.
I had a similar thing happen to me and I’m annoyed that his hasn’t been resolved yet by 343
Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc).
