Didn't receive Specialization Codes

I’m sure this has been asked numerous times but as far as the specialization codes go…I didn’t receive codes to either my email address linked to my account nor via the Xbox Live message center. I also saw in another post that if the original message was not redeemed then a reminder message was to be sent out, yet I have not seen this either. So my question is when will the reminder message be sent? Will it be apparently lost like the original? I met the requirement of playing on release day, unless there was another I didn’t fulfill. Thank you in advance on any information on this topic.

I met all the requirements and posted my answers to the questions on the official forum as well. I did have an expired email address connected to my live account but I changed it once I heard that they were being sent through that email.

Then they said they were sending them through the message center on live. Haven’t seen that either. I’ve heard that if you had connected your gamertag to a different console during the time this whole thing was going on that could complicate things.

I did do that so I got to check my brothers xbox to see if I can find that message in there.

I’m kinda bummin on how this whole thing panned out

I as well as a bunch of other people are having this same problem.
I hear that they are releasing a second specialization code this month(?).
While not receiving the code when i should have is irritating, I will be more than happy to know
if (please answer) I will eventually be able to get all the specializations.
