Didn't receive specialiaztions e-mail

Hey,

I just found out today that ranks cap at 70, I did some searching to find out why. Apparently you’re supposed to receive an e-mail, which I never received. Something about as long as you played before the end of the day on November 20, 2012 you should have received an e-mail unlocked the extra 6 specializations. I also saw there are million posts like this including an official thread that was closed a while back. Im wondering if its possible to receive a specialization code, since I do meet the qualifications and didn’t receive one.

To both posts above, specialization codes have been distributed via XBL and E-mail if you have not received them you will have to wait until they are unlocked for everyone else and at this time is currently TBD. For more info please view this post

Why on earth did they even bother to put a level cap in the game? And once more we euros get screwed and have to wait longer than everyone else.

Very dissapointing…

343 Industries, you can obviously see that I have been playing halo 4 since november 10th by visiting my halo 4 waypoint profile. I am also 18, live in the United States of America, and still have not recieved my specialization codes. I have looked everywhere, as advised by your administators in my email, spam filters, and my xblive account messages. I have always loved the halo franchise, and never thought a single thing bad of it. However, the fact that this is happening is seriously an offense to the halo community. Please fix these problems, with me, and all other halo fans and players. I also advise making an email adress or phone # to be contacted by. It was very hard finding some way to post a forum thread, or even to make one. Thank you for making an amazing game, both visually and interactivly, but you seriously need better methods of giving things to the players, and better ways of being contacted.

Yes, I should have to wait because they screwed up, Nope go away. I didn’t spend 400$ on a brand new Xbox to be dissatisfied with a game.
