So last night as I was playing Warzone firefight, I finally ran out of all of my Warzone Req Point Boosts so I decided to purchase the 7 Gold Packs + 2 Free Gold Packs from the Requisition Store for $19.99. As I was opening the packs, I was excited because I was having a streak of good luck and unlocked a bunch of Ultra-Rare Certifications and even a few Legendary Certifications. The Legendary Certifications I unlocked were the Halo 2 Battle Rifle (which I’ve been yearning for since its release), the Oni Gauss Warthog, and the Oni Rocket Turret. After I finished opening all of my packs, I went to the Collections page to check out all of the cool stuff that I had just purchased. When I was going through all of them though, I realized that a bunch of the Requisitions that I unlocked had actually not been given to me. I’ve had this happen multiple times before with some silver packs and even a couple gold packs that I purchased with Req Points but never with the packs that I purchased with real money. So I was wondering if there was anything 343 could do to help me re-acquire the requisitions that I unlocked? I was so excited when I finally received the Halo 2 Battle Rifle, only for it to not actually be given to me. I wouldn’t mind if I pualrchased them with req points, but I purchased these packs with real money that I worked for and I feel that I should be compensated in some way. I’m not asking for anything extra or anything like that, only what I unlocked within the packs. I would honestly settle for just the Halo 2 Battle Rifle because I want it that badly. Will someone from 343 or the community please respond and give me some advice regarding what I should do? Thank you for your time and God Bless!

Yes, stckrboy, I have tried a hard reset. Like I said,I’ve hard this happen a couple times before with some silver packs and one or two gold ones, but I bought those with req points so I thought it was just a glitch with the req point system or whatever so I j ust let it go. But I purchased these packs with real money so I can’t really let this one go. I have the online billing reciept and everything proving that I did purchase the $19.99 package last night, July 13, 2016. Is there anything 343 can do for some sort of compensation? I’m not asking for anything extra at all, just what I had originally purchased, specifically the Halo 2 Battle Rifle because I’ve been trying to get it since February lol
