Didn't receive ranks after buying battle pass bundle

Just like the title said, I bought the battle pass bundle for extra and I assumed it said you get to rank 25 in the pass. But I didn’t receive any ranks unless I read it wrong.

I can’t even Buy credits for the battle pass.

I managed to do it, I play on PC Steam

Same, How’d you do it? I keep pressing “buy credits” and nothing is happening, I checked with xbox live and My credit card is still there.

Me neither. I could buy the credits, and the pass but i did not receive ranks

Same, no issues buying credits but no 25 lvl unlocks for premium battle pass. Hoping it will resolve itself after a match or something

Go into the battle pass then click on boost then use xp and it will rank up your battle pass.

Same here. No boost to lvl25. (PC steam)

Theres a boost thing that you have to press. Go into the battle pass and press “Y”. You’ll see a boost menu in there. One of the options bumps you up into rank 25. Its not particularly intuitive to find. I assumed it’d auto do it.

I have the exact same issue. I raised a ticket with support but it doesn’t sound like a response will be happening any time soon.

Same here, just bought enough of those credits to get the bundle, but didnt go up the promised 25 levels. I hope they fix this soon and give us the 25 levels.

Same here!!! Just got robbed 30$. I bought the game on xbox store, PC

Go to the boosts section like you’re trying to buy a tier with credits and it’ll be there. They don’t automatically add to your battle pass.
