didnt receive one month live gold

i got sent this off xbox

‘as a toke of our appreciation of your continued support of halo :the masterchief collection, we have applied a free one month extension to your xbox gold membership. no further action is required. Game on!’

but i entered the code, and it didnt give me the month live gold

i messaged xbox, they told me to post on here to see if you can shed any light

If you entered the code and it never added the gold to your account, you would have to speak to Xbox live support shout that I’m afraid. If you haven’t tried redeeming it again give that a go, but XBL support handle everything relating to gold, codes and account queries. Not sure why the directed you here, but that seems to happen quite a bit
