Didnt receive my warthog code?!

i didn’t receive the warthog code and I have played plenty of halo games on this account, I have contacted Xbox support and they sent me here, I hope you can solve this problem.

Hey OP, not all the codes have been released yet. They usually release them in waves and that can take a few days depending on how many they need to send out. I haven’t received mine either yet but we should get it in the next few days :slight_smile:

I also haven’t received my code :confused: I hope they still send the codes…

As I mentioned above, codes are still being sent out. They’ll be coming in the form of an Xbox Live message, not from 343.

Are you using an account other than the one you use to play Halo on? According to your service record for this account you haven’t played Halo at all yet

I have played both mcc and halo 5and I haven’t gotten a code yet either. But I’m getting the game in 2 days so I’m a bit worried. I’m also wondering if it’s because I don’t own the games anymore but idk

Codes are still being rolled out. You only have to have played either game but September 23rd, you don’t need to own it now. If you don’t have it by the time the game releases I would check in with Xbox Live Support
