Didnt receive my Nightfall reward for H5?

So I watched Halo Nightfall and I noticed that I didnt get the armor or helmet at all. Is the problem that I changed my gamertag since then?

same here, severely annoyed by it. though i heard ep 4 specifically unlocks the helmet, but don’t quote me…
