Didn't receive my Fotus Armor

Hello Support

I put in my choice for my armor but when I went to customize my Spartan, it wasn’t open to me. Do you know if I missed something

Ok this stuff below might help friend.

  1. Have you in-putted all your codes that came with the game?
    If not you can input them here.
  2. Have you opened all your promotional REQ packs.
    If not, you can open them here.

If the two above things don’t work. I am afraid to say you have to unlock Fotus though REQ pack normally. Which is a totally random drop.

I have the same problem. My code was confirm but the fotus armor and emblem are not available to me in game.

OK. So I finally figured out what has happened. FOR THOSE OF US that pre ordered the system and did everything else for pre order codes, heres whats up.
If you go into the games and apps tab and bring up the sub menu and click on manage games, youll find that the dlc preorder codes have to update before you have access to them in the game. It just takes alittle bit of time. SO do not fear, you did get your stuff that you input codes for they just have to update. so dont restart the console or it will slow this down. happy hunting guys and girls.

Ok!! I was having the same problem, but I don’t see the DLC in my games for Halo. I hope that’s the problem

I did the thing about installing the Fotus class armour from Manage Games, and it didn’t show up, instead I have a promotional REQ pack. Someone told me the armour would be in there, but when I installed it and booted up Halo 5, neither the Fotus armor, nor the REQ pack were available. I paid a lot of money for the Special Edition XBox, and would be grateful if someone could help me out!
