didn't receive microsoft skin [343 Response]

So I participated in a microsoft store event… but did not receive my skin… has this happened to anyone else? is there a solution to this? or is the solution go participate again :slight_smile:

343 and their excellent customer service , delivering another stellar product to make the fans happy. Yet again another let down . Keep up the good work boys & girls .

Hey Gl4di4torRr - sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Microsoft Store BR skin is being awarded for attending the events in 2018. That means attending the November and December events doesn’t make eligible for the skin yet.

I hope you can make it out to a MS Store tournament next year though!

Okay, thanks! I didn’t receive any of reqs promised though either… So I hope that doesn’t happen n 2018 with the skin.
