1. What is the issue?
I recently bought the Season Pass but I’m having problems with the Kinsano DLC. I could not download the Kinsano DLC over the microsoft store because it says I have to pay 5.99$, instead I had to go to Halo Wars 2 -> Manage Game -> Ready to install and from there I could install Kinsano.
I can use her in Blitz mode and also edit her deck. The problem is that I didn’t receive the 5 Kinsano Blitz Packs and in the normal Blitz Packs there aren’t any Kinsano units showing up for me (I opened quite a few in the last days).

Here is a little update from my side. So far I have opened more than 10 blitz packs and still haven’t received any Kinsano specific units. Maybe it’s just bad luck but I any help or tips would be appreciated.
So far I have reinstalled the DLC, reinstalled Halo wars 2 and cleared the cache of the xbox one and nothing has changed anything.
