DIDN'T RECEIVE HALO 4 SPECIALIZATION CODE!!!

343 You have got hundreds of post saying that people didn’t receive there specialization code. 343 You posted saying that “Codes were sent to eligible players via the email address associated with their Xbox LIVE account”, “Codes were sent to eligible players with invalid email addresses via the Xbox LIVE Message Center”, and “Eligible players who did not redeem their code were sent reminder messages via the Xbox LIVE Message Center”. The stuff you told us to do is not working. I didn’t get a message on xbox or a email on my account email. I updated my proofs just to get these codes, but still none? Wow! I an the rest of the people who get this code want them.

I have the same issue. although i am in the UK so do not get no email?!?

This is outrageous considering i went to the launch picked up a copy and have now maxed out to level 70 and can not progress!?

When will us in the UK have access to all this

i have also not been sent a code i was wondering if it was because i had changed the email connected to my account in the last month i would really appreciate if i could get the code being that i have maxed out also and have played the game since the first night it came out

I live in Canada and my xbox live friends living in Canada got there’s, and some got it after November, 20. WTF!

Nice to know that even though ive been playing since it came out and the fact is im an adult and whats great is my younger brother got the code but i didnt?!?! Yeah this makes soo much sence to me.

And some people wonder why i like the PS3 alittle better…

I didnt get mine either. This is bull. Honestly now I hope they get a lawsuit after all those people filing complaints with the BBB and the FTC. 11 frigging days and they “claim” everyone who should have gotten it received one.

i didnt get mine either but a friend gave me one. i would be so mad right now though if i didnt get it. to be honest, there isnt much hope. just gonna have to wait until they publicly release them

This is very frustrating and disheartening. I have also not gotten my code yet. My email linked to my xbox account is valid, I played before the 20th, I am over the age of 18, and I live in the US.

I’m not going to post my email info on here for everyone to see, but if any 343 employees want to see the emails I still get from xbox about my live subscriptions and such, I’ll screen cap it for you so you can see my email is valid. No, the code is not in my spam folder. I have not received anything about this in my email nor on xbox messenger.

How much more proof do I have to give you to get something that was promised to me and to plenty of other consumers?

If 343’s stance is to just say that everyone has gotten it that was supposed to, when that is obviously not the case, then I regret ever giving them any of my hard earned money. I’ve been a Halo fan since CE, but if this is how 343 is going to handle this situation, then, unfortunately, my fanship will come to an end until some other developer takes the reigns. I feel cheated, and without resolution, this will be my last purchase from the Halo franchise since it seems like that is the only way to get your attention.
