Played a game of Warzone earlier & completed the Legendary Boss Takedown Commendation, which was also my last Warzone Commendation, should have gotten the REQ packs for Warzone Mastery & Legendary Boss Takedowns, but when the game ended, in the stats screen I got the “encountered a problem retrieving stats” screen. Now it shows I completed both Commendations, but I never received the REQ packs - anyone run into this before or have any advice??
It’s been over a week & I still haven’t received the 2 REQ packs or the emblems - anyone able to help?
I admit I’m a bit of a completionist & am trying to obtain all the available unlocks.
Weird.
Normally when the post-game stats fail, you will eventually be awarded the REQ packs under “open packs” on the REQ menu after a few hours.

Still haven’t received my REQ packs - it’s been 2 1/2 weeks - any help please?
Hi, I recently had a very similar problem. I got to SR-80 and when I tried to open the corresponding pack in the “Open Packs” section it wasn’t there. It’s frustrating because I couldn’t unlock the Osiris emblem. It’s been around a week since this happenned but I haven’t received any response. Hopefully, now that the server problems (I think) have been solved, our issues be next.
