Didn't receive $44.99 payment of REQ Packs

Im still new to the forums, so idk if this is in the right place.

But I made a payment of $44.99 (15x GOLD PACK +5 FREE) and didnt receive a single gold pack,
and I’m quite livid about this.
Can someone please help?
