I’m not really sure if I’m missing something, but I’ve been trying to get the Triad emblem for a while now through Req packs, since it’s the emblem I’ve been using since Halo 3. However, I recently found out that you’re supposed to get it through the Commendation Reward Pack for the Smash commendation. The problem is, I’ve already maxed out the Smash commendation, so either it didn’t unlock the emblem or I never got the pack at all. Anyway, I was just wondering if there are any solutions to this or, if someone from 343 actually sees this, if I could simply have the emblem.

I’m completed the smash commendation and loads of other commendations and still haven’t got it. It could be an enemy commendation or maybe one the SUPER -Yoinking!- HARD breakout commendations. I really don’t know
Missing commendation/SR-pack threads are becoming more and more common. The packs just don’t show up. 343 hasn’t said anything, and they probably won’t bother fixing it because these things aren’t paid Req packs. 343 never responds to support threads, either here or even reddit’s halo subreddit where they have an official rep. There is zero support for this game, everyone here is in the same boat trying to help each other when they can. This forum is the equivalent of a suggestions box at work that they take and throw in the garbage at the end of the month. It’s a place to vent your issues, not to get help or actual support.
I’d love to be proven wrong, but I don’t think I will be.

Forum Team - Can you look into mine please. I should have unlocked the Predator emblem for defeating standard Warzone bosses however I never got the Commendation Mastery pack through. This was ages ago as I have since finished all the Warzone Commendations. Thanks!!
If the triad was suppose to be unlocked from the Smash Commendation, I also didn’t get the triad emblem (I’ve completed the commendation a long time ago).
So triad comes through smash? I better do that then
