So, I beat the game on legendary, solo. Didn’t get the Mark VI armor or visor though. I heard you just had to beat it on legendary to get it, didn’t though. Did this happen to anyone else? Any way I can fix it?

fix it by rerunning missions 4,5,6,7,8 on Legendary 
Make sure you are connected with XBL while playing
So I have to be connected to Live for it to actually count? That’s so lame
OP if you check on Waypoint to see which missions are registered as playing on Legendary you might find that only one was not registered.
I played Dawn and completed it on Legendary and went online to check and it hadn’t registered. Waypoint was having problems at the time (kept logging me off). I went off and had a few games of Spec Ops and then tried again later. Second run through and the game registered as completing Dawn and went off and did the whole series (checking each mission to see that it was registered as completed Legendary).
Result was… Mark VI armour.

Still, no armor though. Is there something ELSE I have to do?
It is all tied to your commendations, I see that you still do not have the ones for completing levels on legendary although it clearly says you have.
I am in the same boat as I finished the game off-line in legendary and now have to go back and do the last 3 missions again.

I didn’t either and so I called Microsoft and they said they are siding with me… But I have to contact halo waypoint people… Is there a better way to do so than forums… If so tell me and also if a waypoint admin finds this look into it it says in my achievements it’s done on legendary and the halo 4 stats so I don’t know why I didn’t get it? Please help

That’s because, according to Waypoint, you don’t have all the missions completed in Legendary.
