Hello again, first of all, I don’t know if this is the cause, but I didn’t watch the HWC finals.
My brother was browsing the xbox store (he watched the WC), and he found the pack, he downloaded it and he opened it just fine.
When I tried to download it, I found it was “installed” so I deleted it and re-downloaded it, then launched Halo 5 and to my surprise the pack wasn’t there.
As I already stated, I didn’t watch the HWC for work reasons, but as far as I know, you didn’t need to watch it to get the pack.
If, in fact, I needed to watch it, well, its my fault.
