Didn't get rewards for playing after the launch

Hi, I kept seeing players with the Golden Master chief helmet nameplate in halo reach on pc, so I looked it up and apparently you’re supposed to get it and more rewards if you play the game within a couple of days of the launch. I bought the game on December 5th and played it on the 6th and the game launched on the 4th. But I didn’t get the rewards. Any way to fix this? Cause I really want them xD

Unless something has changed to contradict this information, the golden Master Chief helmet and the other rewards were given to those who played the game before December 19th, 2014.
