i didnt recive my warzone premium pack this week date of 14th december, how can i fix that?

I got mine 1 week after so mine should be the last this week but everyone who got theirs on launch finished last week

I was sure it was supposed to be 7 weeks. 2 per week, for 7 weeks, making it 14 total.

If you redeemed your bundle at launch then yes, last week was the final week of getting your 2 premium packs
