So i just bought a 7x Gold pack +2free and got nothing exept for some money taken from my card so i wonder is there some way for me to get those packs or am i supposed to feel like i paid for nothing?
Its gonna be awhile before anything official will be posted about this issue by the looks, also Microsoft most likely wont issue a refund due to it being a consumable purchase and as a result, having no license to process a refund. Its currently all over Reddit and the rep from Microsoft i am talking to has said they are being inundated with refund requests in result to this. Hopefully 343 will respond soon or if not, send out the packs plus a bonus to say sorry to the players, it has happened more then once apparently and even affects buying Gold Packs with in-game REQ points at this current time. Will update this post when i hear anything mate, just stay patient and check back every now and then through the forums to see if anything has been posted by others or 343 in regards to this mate
