Didn't get my remaining REQs from CLG REQ pack

I purchased all the team REQ packs and a coupe extra to unlock the old HCS Contender skins, but I never got the HCS Contender emblem. Even after getting an extra CLG pack, all I received was a bunch of extra REQ points. Literally the biggest waste of $10 if I don’t get the emblem. Please help, 343. I paid for that emblem…

yes you could get all the old HCS contender skins and emblem, but it was broken. I eventually had someone at 343 unlock the emblem for me, but idk if the issue is fixed.

Huh, so it wasn’t being unlocked along with all of the other HCS REQs that you could get? Did you contact them, were you contacted by them, or was it just randomly unlocked for you? The last HCS pack that I got, I received five 5,000 RP cards, so I never got the emblem. Does that mean that I was affected by the issue that you have described?

Yes you were affected. The emblem was glitched, and should have been awarded to you in one of the HCS packs. Assuming you bought at least 4 packs, if you bought one of each and an extra. Not recommending you buy the 4th pack if you didn’t the emblem is glitched.

Securing yourself one of the three Series 1 team skin packs will not only get you the skins and emblem of your favorite team, but it will also give you a high chance at some all-new HCS weapon skins for the AR, Magnum, and for the first time, the Battle Rifle. Seven all-new REQs are available within this these packs including Red and Blue ARs, BRs and Magnums, as well as the white BR. The HCS Champion Helmet and Armor are also now available once again, as well as the white HCS ARs, Magnums, and emblem, totaling in 12 REQs!

I bought a total of five of them. I wasn’t playing when the original HCS pack was available. My faith in the support forum is lacking, though. I guess I’ll make my own topic and see if something is done.

i contacted 343 community peeps on twitter, and thats where they helped me out. @Unyshek is super helpful.
